Jasmyn Evered
Kinesiologist
Jasmyn grew up on the Sunshine Coast, where her early love of dance inspired her interest in movement and rehabilitation. She moved to Victoria in 2020 to complete her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Victoria, graduating in December 2024. Over the past five years, Jasmyn has taught dance to a variety of age groups, including seated senior dance fitness classes, helping people of all ages stay strong, mobile, and confident. She has also volunteered as a lab assistant in UVic’s Anatomy Lab for the past 2.5 years, where she reviews and teaches anatomy.
In her practice, Jasmyn works with clients to improve mobility, increase strength, and support overall well-being, applying her knowledge and hands-on experience in movement.
She is excited to be a part of the Neuro Zone team and looks forward to working with clients. When she is not working as a kinesiologist, you can find Jasmyn at the studio taking classes or teaching dance to the youth in Victoria. She also enjoys hiking, swimming, and pilates
