A: We are a fully mobile service which means we come to you. Our practitioners provide treatment in the comfort of your own home and can work in spaces such as your bedroom, living room, kitchen, frontyard, backyard and decks. We will also meet in the community at local recreation centres, trails, lakes, beaches, or parks throughout Victoria, BC and surrounding areas.

A: We proudly serve Greater Victoria, Sidney, Brentwood and the West Shore including Metchosin and Sooke. If you live outside these areas, please contact us as we may be able to assist with a virtual appointment or alternative arrangements.

A: We provide therapy in your home which allows us to tailor your treatment and exercise program to your own environment, both indoors and outdoors. We focus on meaningful functional activities within your everyday routine while also assessing home safety when appropriate. You save time and energy preparing for and travelling to and from your appointments.

A: We treat a variety of neurological conditions such as MS, Parkinson's, spinal cord injury, brain injury, stroke, and vertigo. We also treat BPPV, Bell's palsy, facial palsy, and dysautonomia to name a few.

A: We have kinesiologists that work on mobility and strength training. We are also excited to provide aqua therapy (pool therapy).

A: Our team takes a functional, real world approach to treatment. While practitioners may occasionally bring specialized equipment, most sessions are designed around the furniture and spaces you already have available at home. This helps ensure that you can confidently continue your exercises and strategies independently between sessions.

A: The initial assessment will take 1 hour and we offer subsequent physiotherapy and/or kinesiology sessions for 60 min, 45 min and 30 min.

A: Yes, we treat kids, youth and adults of all ages with neurological conditions and mobility challenges.

A: No, you do not need a doctor's referral to be seen by any of our practitioners. However, your insurance plan may require a doctor's note in order to be covered for your physiotherapy. Please check with your insurance provider if this is required.
